Job Description

The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, establishing strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and a proactive approach to business development.

  • Key Responsibilities:Identify New Opportunities: Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities. Develop strategies to reach out and connect with new prospects.
  • Sales and Lead Generation: Generate leads, conduct cold calling, follow up on inbound inquiries, and convert leads into qualified prospects.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in target organizations.
  • Market Research: Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to develop business growth strategies.
  • Presentations and Pitches: Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing the company's services or products to persuade them to work with the company.
  • Negotiation and Deal Closure: Lead negotiations and close sales agreements. Work to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Account Management: Ensure customer satisfaction by providing ongoing support and addressing client concerns. Upsell and cross-sell services where appropriate.
  • Reporting: Track and report on sales performance and activity metrics. Provide insights and recommendations based on market feedback.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and other teams to align business development efforts with company goals.
  • Skills:Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to conduct market research and identify new opportunities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
