Responsibilities:

• Offer customer support.
• Overseeing the customer service process.
• Resolving customer queries and complaints brought to your attention.
• Creating quotations and challans.
• Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
• Maintaining a pleasant working environment.
• Establishing a positive rapport with all clients and customers in person or via phone

Requirements:

• BE/ B.Tech degree, computer science or engineering
• Knowledge of advance Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong interest in mechanical products
