- Key Responsibilities:Sales Generation:
- Identify potential customers and generate leads for home automation solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing SmartR.home's unique solutions.
- Close sales by building strong relationships and understanding client needs.
- Lead Management:
- Qualify leads and follow up with prospective customers.
- Build and maintain a sales pipeline to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Work closely with technical and installation teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Customer Engagement:
- Serve as a brand ambassador for SmartR.home, providing in-depth knowledge of our products and services.
- Maintain a strong focus on customer needs, presenting the most suitable solutions.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings to promote the company’s offerings.
- Sales Reporting & Performance:
- Meet monthly sales targets as set by the company.
- Regularly update CRM systems with sales activity, customer details, and feedback.
- Provide weekly and monthly sales reports to management, outlining performance metrics and progress towards targets.
