RSPP: Gold Auditor

Role  

• Execute internal and external audit engagements
• Prepare audit reports and communicate findings to senior management
• Review and evaluate internal controls to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies and procedures
• Identify and recommend areas for process improvement and risk mitigation
• Ensure adherence to audit methodology and standards
• Collaborate with other audit professionals and departmental leaders to ensure effective risk management and compliance
• Knowledge of auditing standards, principles, and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail and accuracy

Skills 

• Must be able to identify quality & purity of Gold in any form by manual process.
• Calculation of Gold valuation pledged by customer. Should be able to maintain accounting processes, records for Gold Loan transactions.

Persona

• 1-2 years of relevant work experience in managing the Gold Appraisal.
• 1-2 years of experience in Team and Stakeholder Management.
• High level of adaptability, flexibility and effectiveness in handling multiple priorities simultaneously 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Should be from the NBFC industry.
