Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, meetings, and appointments.
  • Prepare and maintain reports, records, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely communication and follow-ups.
  • Assist in administrative process improvements.

Qualification

  • Proven experience in administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other productivity tools.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • 1-2 Year working experience with good Excel & Communication skills.
  • B.com /M.com Inter qualified or Final Pursuing candidates
