Job Title: Store Manager - Namrata Kedia Design

Location: [Jaipur, Rajasthan]

Position Type: Full-time

Opening Hours: 9:00 am - 7:30 pm (Monday to Sunday)

Week Off Schedule: Two Sundays and two weekdays off on a rotational basis.

Job Summary:

As the Store Manager at Namrata Kedia Design, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of store operations. In addition to this, you will also be responsible for driving sales through various channels, including handling social media inquiries, generating and closing leads. Your efforts will be rewarded through incentives and additional perks.

Key Responsibilities:

. Team Leadership and Development:

• Recruit, train, and supervise a individual or team of sales associates.

• Provide coaching and mentorship to enhance team performance and product knowledge.


. Sales and Performance Management:

• Set and monitor sales targets, motivating the team to achieve and exceed goals.

• Analyses sales reports and implement strategies to optimise performance.


. Customer Engagement and Satisfaction:

• Foster a customer-centric environment by providing exceptional service and building lasting relationships.

• Address customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a timely and effective manner.


. Social Media Management:

• Handle social media inquiries, engage with customers, and promote store offerings.

• Increase online presence and attract potential customers.


. Lead Generation and Closure:

• Generate leads through various channels and follow up to convert them into sales.

• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.


. Visual Merchandising and Store Presentation:

• Ensure the store is impeccably clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.

• Collaborate with the team to create eye-catching displays to attract customers.


. Inventory Management:

• Oversee the receiving, organizing, and replenishment of merchandise shipments.

• Monitor stock levels and work closely with the team to manage inventory effectively.


. Financial Management:

• Manage the store's budget and expenses, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness.


. Incentives and Perks:

• Drive sales and achieve targets to earn attractive incentives and additional perks.


. Operational Efficiency:

• Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures to streamline workflows.

• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company standards.


. Reporting and Communication:

• Provide regular updates to the senior management team on store performance and key metrics.

• Effectively communicate company goals and initiatives to the store team.


. Health & Safety :

•  Ensure that the store has a completely safe environment for the team and the customers. Keep check of all electrical fittings, appliances, wires, fire safety.



Qualifications:

• Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a tableware or homeware store.

• Strong leadership and team-building skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with English fluency is a must.

• Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.

• Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.


Additional Requirement:

• Ensure products are kept dust-free and maintain cleanliness in the store at all times.
