Job Description

Job Overview: We seek a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to join our FMCG retail mart. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and establishing strong relationships with event planners and corporate clients. This role focuses on promoting and selling our range of gift hampers, fruits, and sweet counters and organizing small fruit kiosks for corporate events.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Business Development:
  • Identify and target potential clients including event planners and corporate organizations.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve B2B sales targets.


  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues.


  • Sales & Negotiation:
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective clients.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals tailored to the client’s needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed targets.\


  • Product Knowledge:
  • Stay updated with the latest product offerings and industry trends.
  • Provide clients with detailed information about product features and benefits.


  • Event Coordination:
  • Coordinate with event planners to provide customized gift hampers, fruit and sweet counters for various events.
  • Manage logistics for setting up fruit kiosks at corporate events, ensuring timely and efficient service.


  • Market Research:
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand customer needs.
  • Analyze competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.


  • Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM software.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to the Manager.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the FMCG sector.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
