Position Summary:
As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth for Suits Coworking Spaces. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, building strong relationships with potential clients, and managing a team of sales representatives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
- Identify and target potential clients through market research and networking.
- Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our coworking spaces.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
- Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing training and support.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the commercial real estate or coworking industry.
