**Terms and Conditions**

Salary is fixed : Rs. 7000 per month + incentives

           a) 08:00 am – 03:00 pm (2 vacancies) – 7 hours

           b) 03:00 pm – 10:00 pm (2 vacancies) – 7 hours

Basic English + Basic Computer knowledge is compulsory.

1. You must have a laptop or computer with Internet facility.

2. College students should not apply. Only available for Girls.

3. There should be no young children at home. The home environment should be quiet. If married and have young children, do not apply. Your calls are recorded, our team can listen.

4. You are required to attend only incoming calls from customers. You are not allowed to make any outgoing calls on your own. Rest assured, your number will not be shared with customers. Calls will come on our SIM, i.e., our number. Call forwarding will be set up on your number. This way, customers will see our number but the call will be forwarded to you. Customers will never know your number.

5. You are required to support cutomers on chat also. Many customers prefer chat over call. You will have to support the customers on both calls and chat.

7. You will be given a weekly day-off. The day will be decided by company as per staff availability. If you take extra leave other than day-off then salary deduction will be made accordingly.

8. Your payment will be made every week. However, one week's payment will be retained. Payment will be made every Wednesday.

9. It is necessary to inform 30 days in advance before resigning, otherwise, one week's payment will be withheld.
