Position Title: Telecaller – Lead Conversion Specialist
Department: Orthopedic Services (Hospital Industry)
Location: Jaipur
Work Hours: 09:00 to 05:00 PM
Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Telecaller to join our healthcare team, specializing in the orthopedic department. The ideal candidate will focus on converting provided leads into IPD (In-Patient Department) admissions through excellent communication, patient interaction, and convincing skills. This role requires a patient-focused approach to ensure trust and long-term relationships with our healthcare facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Conversion:
Proactively contact potential patients from assigned leads and provide detailed information about orthopedic treatments and services.
Build rapport with patients, understand their concerns, and guide them toward in-patient services.
Patient Communication:
Effectively explain the benefits of orthopedic treatments and address patient queries with empathy and clarity.
Convince patients to opt for hospital admission when necessary for their care plan.
Follow-Up:
Ensure consistent follow-ups with patients to address doubts, provide updates, and remind them of appointments or admissions.
Work diligently to convert inquiries into confirmed admissions.
Collaboration:
Coordinate with the admissions team and doctors to ensure smooth patient onboarding.
Communicate patient requirements or concerns to relevant hospital departments for better service.
Data Management:
Maintain accurate records of calls, lead statuses, patient interactions, and follow-ups in the hospital CRM or management system.
Provide reports on lead conversion progress and outcomes.
Qualifications:
Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferred healthcare-related field).
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service (healthcare experience preferred).
Skills:
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to handle patient inquiries professionally and empathetically.
Knowledge of orthopedic treatments is a plus.
Familiarity with CRM or hospital management systems is advantageous.
