Job Summary

The Telesales Representative is responsible for selling products/services over the phone, generating leads, and maintaining customer relationships. This role requires meeting sales targets through outbound calls and handling inbound inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

1. Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell products/services.
2. Generate and qualify leads, follow up on inbound inquiries.
3. Build rapport, address customer needs, and close sales.
4. Meet daily/weekly sales targets and KPIs.
5. Maintain accurate customer records in CRM.
6. Provide feedback to the sales team and management on customer trends.

Qualifications

1. Proven telesales experience (1-2 years preferred).
2. Strong communication and persuasion skills.
3. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets.
4. Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
5. High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
