Key Responsibilities | - Project IR related to Subcontract workmen & outsource worker is to be maintained.
- Understanding of basic principles of Labour Laws & other statutory Acts as applicable in the sites as per the prevailing laws & act.
- Preparation of wages sheets & other workmen related data as required .
- Reconciling with workmen wages paid & actual calculated as per work done in the wage sheet.
- Follow-up data from subcontractor & reconciliation with respect to PF, ESI, Gate pass & recoveries if any.
- Ensuring compliance team with respect to PF and provision relating to Statutory Act. Validation of PRAN & address of the workmen.
- Statutory compliance with respect to labour laws applicable to construction industry .
- Leadership qualities & team Building
- Basic computer knowledge in Excel, word & Power point, and an aptitude for learning new systems.
- Administration of a Construction site as required by the site management team.
- Proficiency using more than one language.
- Understanding internal processes and filing systems.
- Solve problems for clients related to workmen by understanding the same both internal & external.
- Participate in brainstorming, office activities, staff meetings, and client meetings as & when required.
- Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals.
- Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously.

- Review of any workmen issues, identifying and thoroughly investigating any discrepancies and taking the proper actions to resolve them.
