Deputy Manager

Role Purpose: Ensure the software solution and operations are running smoothly at the customer site Key Accountabilities: At least 8 years of professional experience in an enterprise environment involving a geographically distributed operations team, including 3 years experience at manager level or higher Preferred Experience and Qualification:

Oversee the monitoring of the system/software performance on a regular basis and initiate plans to respond to any need for additional resources

Define specific performance goals for the software operations team

Ensure that an organizational structure and skilled engineers are available in various levels of the function, processes, controls and other resources are sufficient to meet the goals defined
