We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting various technical issues, including but not limited to Windows formatting, Local Area Network (LAN) related issues, Camera CCTV related issues, cartridge refilling, and other IT-related tasks. The candidate should possess a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Windows formatting, LAN, CCTV cameras, and printer cartridge refilling.
• Provide timely and effective technical support to end-users, both remotely and on-site.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components.
• Perform regular maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance of IT systems.
• Document and maintain records of IT issues and resolutions.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to implement and support IT infrastructure projects.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends relevant to the role.
