Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for dynamic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executives (Voice Process). The primary responsibility is to handle customer queries efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires effective communication skills in English and Hindi, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first approach.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers.
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate product/service information to customers.
  • Ensure first-call resolution and escalate issues when required.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Collaborate with team members and departments to improve the customer experience.
  • Follow company protocols and adhere to quality standards in every interaction.



Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Educational Qualification: High school diploma, graduate, or equivalent.
  • Experience: Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience in a customer support role.
  • Language Proficiency: Excellent verbal communication skills in English. Additional language proficiency is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge, familiarity with CRM software, and typing skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Empathy, patience, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.



Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience in a voice-based customer support role is required but not limited.
  • Knowledge of [Crm tools and customer care process].
  • Ability to handle irate customers with professionalism and empathy.
