Job Description

1).       Updation of Customer accounts such as outstanding dues segregate by days outstanding 30       days, 60 days, 90 days and above.

2).       Reminders to the Customers & Sales Personnel for payments weekly.

3).       Monthly sales figures to be submitted on every 1st Day of next month.

4).       Fortnightly Expenses on sales promotion such as conveyance etc.

5).       Billing to customers

6).       All taxes Return to be filed on time like GST, ITR, TDS.

7).       To prepare a Quarterly Balance Sheet and analyze the budgets for next quarter.

8).       To Prepare Comparison sheet of sales versus expenses.

9).       Preparing accounting Ledgers and Doing all Bank related works.

10).     Tracking of Payments and outstanding dues and the same is to take action .

11).     Monitoring and analyzing account data and produce financial reports.

12).     Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods.

13).     Preparing Sales and payment collection on a monthly basis of a financial year.

14).     Reporting on a day to day basis to a senior management.

15)     You need to maintain all Filling of the Accounts Related Work in a proper manner.

16)     Maintain Directors Personal Files like (Income Tax, Insurance, Cars, Medical Insurance,  School /College Fees Slips).

17)     Maintain all Payments of company and director expenses on time without imposing any  penalty.

18)     Finding new methods to improve the system of Account Related work in the company, and       share your ideas with the senior management to get it implemented.

19)     House Keeping and maintain the office/ Premises. such as Computers and electrical gadgets      at workplace at all time.

20)     Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels. such as   stationeries' etc.

21)     Maintain Proper Inventory of the Stock in the Office.
