Job Summary: SRINIMAC FUEL SERVICES PVT. LTD is urgently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager / Branch Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee sales operations within a designated geographic area, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and growth of our fuel business. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the fuel industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets and increase market share within the assigned area.
  • Manage and lead the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to maximize performance.
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Monitor sales performance and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Oversee branch operations, including inventory management, logistics, and customer service.
  • Coordinate with marketing and other departments to support sales initiatives and campaigns.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial objectives for the area or branch.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Area Sales Manager, Branch Manager, or similar role in the fuel industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned area as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related field.
  • Experience with ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of the local market and key industry players.
