An interior site supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations of an interior design project, including:

• Project management: Setting goals, overseeing projects, and ensuring they are completed on time
• Communication: Interfacing with clients, architects, and contractors, and communicating effectively with clients
• Site visits: Conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential problems
• Conflict resolution: Promptly resolving site issues and conflicts
• Safety: Ensuring work execution with proper safety
• Reporting: Preparing interim and final reports
