Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive the growth of our real estate portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, strong leadership skills, and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies. This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the sales team, mentoring and coaching agents, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:


·    Leadership & Team Management: Lead, motivate, and manage the real estate sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals. Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members.


·    Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and meet or exceed sales targets. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies as needed.


·    Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Oversee the management of key client accounts and handle any escalated issues.


·    Market Analysis: Conduct regular market research to identify new opportunities and emerging trends in the real estate market. Use insights to inform sales strategies and decision-making.


·    Budget & Financial Management: Prepare and manage the sales department budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximization of ROI. Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.


·    Sales Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes, tools, and systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Implement best practices and innovative approaches to drive sales performance.


·    Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall company objectives. Collaborate on marketing campaigns, property listings, and promotional activities.


·    Compliance & Documentation: Ensure that all real estate transactions comply with local laws, regulations, and company policies. Oversee the preparation and maintenance of necessary documentation and contracts.


Qualifications:


·    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.


·    Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role in the real estate industry.


·    Strong knowledge of real estate market trends, practices, and regulations.


·    Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.


·    Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.


·    Proficiency in using real estate CRM software and other sales tools.


·    Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.


·    Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
