Job Description

A strategic initiative under the KarmYog for the 21st Century, led by Mahacharya Sourabh J Sarkar, aims to revolutionize urban landscapes. The organization is committed to establishing a million KarmYog Vatikas, which are Biophilic spaces designed to integrate nature seamlessly into urban environments. The focus of these spaces is on transforming office and commercial settings, including interiors, lobbies, and terraces, into vibrant, green, and sustainable areas.

The Sales Associate will play a pivotal role in this transformative journey. There are positions available in Mukundapur, VIP Road, Newtown/ Rajarjhat. The role is not just about sales but also about participating in a movement to create eco-friendly and sustainable urban spaces. The successful candidate will engage with key decision-makers across various industries, including companies, restaurants, retail, and facilities management, promoting the unique advantages of Biophilic spaces.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Sales Strategy Development: Craft and execute robust sales strategies to market and promote Biophilic Conversion services effectively.
  • Retails sales
  • Client Targeting: Identify and actively pursue potential clients within the office and commercial sectors, with a focus on converting their spaces into Biophilic environments.
  • Negotiation and Deal Closure: Employ strong negotiation skills to close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and aligning with the organization's goals.
  • Presentation and Proposal Preparation: Develop compelling sales proposals and presentations, tailored to suit a diverse range of audiences.

Required Qualifications and Skills:


  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Bangla to effectively communicate with a diverse clientele.
  • Experience in Business Development: Preferably possess a background in business development, especially in sectors relevant to Biophilic conversions or similar environmental initiatives.
  • Interpersonal and Negotiation Skills: Strong skills in building relationships, negotiating deals, and interacting with high-level decision-makers.
  • Mobility: Should have access to personal transportation (2-wheeler or 4-wheeler) to facilitate efficient movement across potential and existing client locations.
  • Passion for Sustainability: A keen interest in environmental sustainability and urban transformation would be highly advantageous.
