Job Description

Job Opening: Telecaller and Computer Operator (Work-from-Home)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls for customer support and inquiries.
  • Provide information and resolve queries over the phone.
  • Manage data entry and ensure the accuracy of information in the system.
  • Maintain records, files, and databases efficiently.
  • Assist in daily administrative tasks and communication.
  • Support the team with online operations and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, data entry, etc.).
  • Good phone etiquette and ability to handle customer calls.
  • Ability to work independently from home.
  • Must have a laptop and a stable internet connection.
  • Candidates with expertise in Facebook marketing will be given preference.

Work Mode: Work-from-home.

Salary: ₹5,000 to ₹10,000 per month.
