We are hiring a Telesales Executive to join our team at First Voice Global Services. This is a full-time position based in Sector V Salt Lake Kolkata, India. As a Telesales executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers in the UK and sell after providing information about the products/services. This role offers a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in customer relations, sales & marketing, with the potential for career advancement within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

– Make outbound calls to potential customers in the UK region and provide information about products/services to sell.

– Follow up on leads and sell.

– Generate new leads through cold calling.

– Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication skills.

– Update and maintain customer records in the CRM system.

– Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the organization.

Qualifications & Skills:

– Young & dynamic

– Minimum High school or equivalent.

– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

– Ability to follow scripts and guidelines to deliver an effective sales pitch.

– Basic computer knowledge.

– Ability to build rapport with potential customers.

– Organizational and time management skills.

Schedule:

9-hour Afternoon shift (Mon-Fri with Alternative Saturday)

1:30 PM – 10:30 PM

Salaries: 12K – 25K INR (for suitable candidates)
