We have an urgent requirement FOR FRESHERS as well as EXPERIENCED (Experienced candidates MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN INTERNATIONAL BPO VOICE ) With good Communication Skill In English for our International Voice Process.

Positions we are hiring for - Customer Care Executive(CCE)/ Senior Customer Care Executive(Sr. CCE) / Team Leader

FRESHERS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE ROLE & CUSTOMER SUPPORT ROLE.

SHIFT TIMINGS –FULL TIME NIGHT SHIFT – 9:30pm to 6:30am / 10pm to 7am (CCE / Customer Support / SR. CCE /TL)

PART TIME EVENING SHIFT - 5:30pm to 9:30pm

Eligibility –

1.  Ability to Speak In English Fluently (Mandatory)

2. Education- Minimum 12 Pass and Above

3. Age Limit 18 to 50 Yrs 

4. Desired Candidate Profile: • Excellent Communication Skill • Willing to Work on Fixed Night Shift for US shift • Handling Inbound/Outbound Calls effectively.
