Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media promptly and courteously.
  • Issue Resolution: Address customer complaints and issues, ensuring a satisfactory resolution and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information and support to customers.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up communications to ensure all issues are resolved and customers are satisfied.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to address customer feedback and improve overall service.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest product information and industry trends to continuously improve service delivery.
