Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your responsibilities at this moment shall be defined as under. However the responsibilities may be increased or tweaked at the discretion of the management. Please find the responsibilities that you are expected to take up from the 0+1 month of joining i.e. July 2024 onwards:

Audit Plan & Project Completion :

 

  • Monitor Project Completion Levels at 60% and raise Audit Requisition
  • Finalise Audit Body in discussion with client/ CEO
  • Send relevant CB Form to the client & Project Manager and get the same filled in 3 days TAT
  • Coordinate with the CB and get Quotation mailed to the client in next 3 days TAT
  • Coordinate with client, finalise quotation and ensure acceptance from client in next 3 days
  • Ensure Invoicing and payment to the CB (in case of prepaid mode)
  • Coordinate with Audit Body & client in terms of Auditor logistics (where required)
  • Ensure Smooth Audit logistics and client feedback of the same
  • Coordinate with Auditor/ CB for CAPR or Audit reports as required
  • Coordinate with CAD/ Project Manager/ Implementer towards closing of NC's within 10 days
  • Coordinate with CB towards Acceptance of CAPR or Certification as required
  • Coordinate towards smooth completion of the project with escalations where needed
  • Coordinate with Client/ Project Manager for final payment of PIPL
  • Monitor if the Congratulations Mail has been sent to the client at the end of Audit/ Certification as required
  • Ensure bills(P.I.) are sent after Audit completion and payments are received.

 

Customer Satisfaction:

 

  • Handle all calls from clients or call clients with utmost professionalism and politeness
  • Ensure TAT given to the client follows "Under-promise and over-deliver" model
  • Record all queries/ suggestions/ complaints/ issues/ requests in "Issue Register" - REALTIME
  • Ensure "Issue Register" remains at a 95% "Resolved" status at any given moment
  • Send Issue Register to CEO & CAD on a daily basis
  • Ensure documented google Client Feedback is taken in 3 stages of any project execution.

 

DATA & MIS :

 

  • Ensure collated DWD Reports are updated at all times
  • Ensure Visit wise checklist and completion tracker is updated at all times
  • Ensure Service Tracker is updated at all times & mailed to the management everyday
  • Ensure AMC Tracker is updated at all times
  • Ensure Audit Planning Tracker is updated at all times
  • Ensure Weekly Visit Schedule is being kept updated at all times
  • Ensure "Daily Audit MIS" reaches the Management everyday
