Job Description
Job responsibilities:
1. Evaluate the client's desires and economic capabilities to discover appropriate suggestions.
2. Provide information regarding legal guidelines, price, specifications and property availability.
3. Honest exchange of information towards a beneficial understanding.
4. Appraise the value of properties by thoroughly researching the market or past purchases.
5. Present properties to potential buyers and address questions or concerns.
6. Coordinate to complete important legal documents.
7. Lead management & follow ups to ensure moving the potential customer from early buying stage to the decision stage.
8. Collaborate and network with potential 3rd party companies for business needs.
9. Stay updated about the market and best practices.
