Position Overview:

We are seeking dynamic and motivated Membership Marketing Executives to join our team and promote the Jewel Trendz Club across various regions in India. As a Membership Marketing Executive, your primary responsibility will be to drive membership sales and increase brand awareness of Jewel Trendz Club. This role requires excellent communication skills, regional market knowledge, and a passion for the jewellery industry.


Key Responsibilities:

Regional Market Analysis:

Conduct thorough market research to identify potential members and partners in the assigned region.

Understand the unique market dynamics and customer preferences of the region.


Membership Sales:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve membership targets.

Identify and approach potential members, presenting the benefits of Jewel Trendz Club membership.

Conduct one-on-one meetings, presentations, and webinars to promote memberships.


Relationship Building:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including jewellery retailers, wholesalers, and industry professionals.

Attend regional industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to network and promote Jewel Trendz Club.


Marketing Campaigns:

Collaborate with the central marketing team to design and execute region-specific marketing campaigns.

Utilize digital marketing channels, social media, and local advertising to increase brand visibility.

Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.


Customer Support:

Provide exceptional customer service to existing and potential members.

Address inquiries, provide detailed information about membership benefits, and resolve any issues promptly.

Reporting and Feedback:

Prepare regular reports on membership sales, market feedback, and competitor activities.

Provide insights and recommendations to improve membership sales strategies.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the jewellery or luxury goods industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.

Proficiency in regional languages (as applicable) and English.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
