Job Summary:

Serveque Global Services Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team in Kolkata. The Sales Executive will be responsible for converting leads provided by the company into clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and a strong drive to achieve sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Conversion:

 - Follow up on leads provided by the company and convert them into clients.

 - Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions to meet their requirements.


- Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:

 - Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.

 - Effectively communicate the benefits and features of Serveque Global Services' products and services.


- Customer Relationship Management:

 - Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

 - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.


- Market Research and Analysis:

 - Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

 - Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams on market trends and customer needs.


- Sales Reporting and Documentation:

 - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance.

 - Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.


Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role, preferably in field sales.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
