We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Tele Caller to join our team at UBK Infotech Pvt Ltd. As a Tele Caller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, introducing them to our products and services, and generating leads for our sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to inform them about our products and services.
• Answer incoming calls from prospective clients and provide information about our offerings.
• Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively pitch our solutions.
• Keep accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals.
• Achieve weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and conversion.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in [Language(s) required].
• Proven experience as a Tele Caller or similar sales/customer service role.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong listening and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
