Job Summary: SRINIMAC FUEL SERVICES PVT. LTD is urgently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager / Branch Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee sales operations within a designated geographic area, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and growth of our fuel business. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the fuel industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets and increase market share within the assigned area.
- Manage and lead the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to maximize performance.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Monitor sales performance and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Oversee branch operations, including inventory management, logistics, and customer service.
- Coordinate with marketing and other departments to support sales initiatives and campaigns.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial objectives for the area or branch.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Area Sales Manager, Branch Manager, or similar role in the fuel industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related field.
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Knowledge of the local market and key industry players.
