1. Managing Floor Staff

2. Finding new ways to improve the store

3. Meeting customer demand

4. Managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control

5. Analysing sales figures and forecasting future sales volumes to maximize profits

6. Making sure that customer service and health and safety are met

7. Responding to customer complaints and comments

8. Initiating changes to improve the business
