The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in identifying and acquiring new customers for our leather goods. This role involves market research, customer outreach, and building strong relationships to drive sales and brand growth. The ideal candidate is passionate about fashion, has a keen eye for trends, and possesses excellent communication skills.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Market Research:** Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers, trends, and opportunities in the leather goods industry.

- **Customer Acquisition:** Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers, including retailers, wholesalers, and individual buyers.

- **Relationship Building:** Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- **Sales Development:** Create and execute sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets and business objectives.

- **Product Presentation:** Showcase our leather goods to potential customers through presentations, product demos, and trade shows.

- **Feedback and Reporting:** Gather customer feedback and provide insights to the product development team to help improve our offerings.

- **Collaboration:** Work closely with the marketing, sales, and production teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of merchandising strategies.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion, or a related field.

- Proven experience in merchandising, sales, or business development, preferably in the fashion or leather goods industry.

- Strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

- Willingness to travel as required.
