* Greetings from Smart Call Centre Solutions Pvt. Ltd. We are an International BPO Cum IT Company. We have an urgent requirement FOR FRESHERS as well as EXPERIENCED (Experienced candidates MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN INTERNATIONAL BPO VOICE ) With good Communication Skill In English for our International Voice Process.

Positions we are hiring for - Customer Care Executive(CCE) / Customer Support (CS) / SR.CCE / Team Leaders.

FRESHERS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE ROLE & CUSTOMER SUPPORT ROLE.

SHIFT TIMINGS – MORNING SHIFT -   7am to 4pm / 11am to 8pm (SR.CCE only)

               FULL TIME NIGHT SHIFT – 9:30pm to 6:30am / 10pm to 7am (CCE / SR. CCE /TL/ Customer Support) 

               PART TIME SHIFT-5:30pm to 09;30pm

Eligibility –

1.   Ability to Speak In English Fluently (Mandatory) 

2. Education Minimum 12 Pass and Above 

3. Age Limit 18 to 45 Yrs  

4. Desired Candidate Profile: • Excellent Communication Skill • Willing to Work on Fixed Night Shift for US shift • Handling Inbound/Outbound Calls effectively.
