Job Description: Field Sales Representative

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Field Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves visiting CBSE and ICSE board schools (classes 7 to 12) and colleges, collecting data from parents, and converting student leads into enrollments for our educational programs, which include Python, C programming, spoken English, and interview skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular visits to assigned schools and colleges to promote our educational programs.
• Engage with school parents to introduce and explain the benefits of our courses.
• Collect and manage data from parents and students, ensuring accurate and detailed records.
• Follow up on leads and conduct presentations to demonstrate the value of our courses.
• Convert leads into student enrollments, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions and stakeholders.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, market feedback, and conversion rates.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the education sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
