Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven telecallers to join our pathology services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, providing them with information about our pathology services, and converting leads into successful appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers.
• Provide detailed information about our pathology services and health packages.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable services.
• Schedule appointments for pathology tests.
• Follow up with customers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain and update customer database.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, preferably in healthcare or pathology services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to persuade and convince customers.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Graduation, additional qualifications will be a plus.
