Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven telecallers to join our pathology services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential business clients, providing them with information about our pathology services, and converting leads into successful partnerships.

Job Title: Inside Sales Speacialist - Pathology (B2B)

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential business clients.
• Provide detailed information about our pathology services and health packages.
• Understand business client requirements and suggest suitable services.
• Schedule appointments for pathology tests and services.
• Follow up with clients and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain and update business client database.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, preferably in healthcare or pathology services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to persuade and convince business clients.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
