The key responsibility of this role is to focus on customer relationship and customer servicing.

 Post on boarding, you will undergo an intensive training program focused upon Insurance industry, products, sales processes and channel management.

 After the successful completion of training you will be required to meet your sales target through self-generated leads / assigned leads, which is generated through Branch ops team and customer database generated by call center team.

 This is field job, which requires extensive travel for your assigned geography and customer’s location. You will be required to be in the market to meet customer/client, sometimes on Sundays as well (as and when required).

 You will be evaluated mainly on your ability to serve the customer requirement and up-sell to achieve your sales target (Through utilizing existing customer base/ assigned lead, regular interaction with the existing customers, review their financial arrangements at least once a year, understand the life cycle of the customer and service client effectively).

 You will be required to meet product mix targets specified as per organizations’ strategy.

 You are required to support customer on pre and post sales requirements (claim settlement etc.).

 You are required to focus on quality of business and persistency (renewals of premium).

 Achieve minimum expected sales target on a consistent basis through customer meetings
