Job Description: Customer Care Executive (International BPO)

Location: Kolkata (On-Site)

Job Type: Full-time, Night Shift

Experience: 2 years in any international BPO (including 6 months in any international sales) (Mandatory)

Shift Timing: 12:00 AM to 10:00 AM (Complete Night Shift)

Salary Range: INR 20,000 to 30,000 per month unlimited incentives

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from US-based customers regarding their flight ticket booking process.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries and issues efficiently.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th pass.
• Experience in handling international customer queries required.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Ability to work night shifts. (12 am- 10 am)
