Shift: US Shift (Night Shift)

Shift Timing- 10 PM- 8AM

Experience: 1 years of experience

Salary- 18k to 22k

Job description

• Inform customers about product & services

• Handle inbound & outbound calls

• Understand customer need and handle their queries also after sales service semi voice

• Generate leads and make calls to potential customers

• Manage time to handle multiple calls

Sales Experience would be an add-on benefit

Has technical experience and skills in the areas of problem determination, creativity, and analysis.

Required Candidate profile

* Possess excellent English communication skills

* Have a good attitude - should be committed to the work.

* Candidate has to be minimum 10+2 passed from (convent school Preferred)

* Should be flexible with night shift

*Minimum 1 year of International call center Experience

*Last experience should be in night shift
