Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and analytical skills.

Job Responsibility:

1. Collaborate with the administrative team to develop a comprehensive marketing

strategy and establish a schedule for marketing visits.

2. Schedule appointments, meetings, and conduct daily customer visits as outlined in the

marketing plan to enhance business visibility and achieve targeted order volumes.

3. Continuously source leads from diverse channels and integrate them into the

forthcoming marketing initiatives.

4. Create, update, and share the marketing lead master book with both the administrative

and management teams for transparency and coordination.

5. Engage in proactive follow-ups with potential customers, including revisiting them, if

necessary, to nurture relationships and maximize conversion rates.

6. Provide regular reports on the current status of leads following follow-up activities.

These reports should outline client requirements and be forwarded to the sales executive

for the preparation of proforma invoices.

7. Coordinate closely with sales executives and delivery personnel to ensure seamless

order fulfilment and timely delivery.

8. Foster ongoing relationships with customers post-order fulfilment to sustain customer

loyalty and encourage repeat business.

9. Actively promote new products to existing and prospective customers to expand

product awareness and drive sales growth.

10. Strategically divide marketing territories to facilitate business expansion and optimize

market coverage.

11. Maintain and update reports in Excel as directed by management periodically.
