Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Service Executive at NIFS located in North Dum Dum. You will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as product knowledge, sales, communication with customers, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work well in a team

• Basic computer skills and English speaking

• Experience in the fitness or retail industry is a plus

• High school diploma or equivalent
