E-commerce Sales Executive

Location: Sector 5, Kolkata

CTC: ₹24,500

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive online sales through various e-commerce platforms.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Manage and update product listings to enhance visibility and sales.
• Track sales performance and generate reports.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in e-commerce.
• Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal) are mandatory.
• Ability to join immediately.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and online sales strategies.
• Highly motivated with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
