**Requirements:**

- Proven experience as a successful insurance sales agent with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role within the insurance industry.

- Strong understanding of insurance products, regulations, and market dynamics.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
