Job title: Inbound Telecaller (B2B) Location: Kolkata, India Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities: -Handling Inbound Calls: Manage incoming calls from B2B clients, providing them with information about our products/services. - Customer Assistance: Assist clients with inquiries, product information, pricing, and order status. - Order Processing: Receive and process orders from B2B clients, ensuring accuracy and efficient clients.

Job responsibilities: Customer Outreach: Initiate and manage outbound calls to prospective and current customers to introduce and promote products or services. Engagement and Relationship Building: Establish rapport with customers, understand their needs, and provide relevant information to encourage sales or collect feedback. Data Entry and Management: Accurately record customer information, call details, and feedback in the CRM system.
Education: Bachelor's degree. - Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or call center role; experience in a B2B environment is preferred. - Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi and Bengali. - Customer-Oriented: Strong customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships. - Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently. - Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
