We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Part-Time Telecaller to join our team under the guidance of the Development Officer at LIC. The primary responsibility of this role is to recruit agents from various fields.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential candidates to explain the benefits of becoming an LIC agent.
• Identify and engage with individuals interested in career opportunities with LIC.
• Schedule and conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and answer any queries.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and candidate interactions in the database.
• Assist the Development Officer in organizing recruitment drives and events.

Qualifications:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to persuade and convince potential candidates.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in using telecommunication tools.
• Prior experience in telecalling or recruitment is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Ability to work part-time.
