• Handling GDS computer reservations programs like GALILEO and AMADEUS.
• Handling inbound digital, online and telephonic enquiries to mature the leads into productive business, providing best solution to the customer queries.
• Managing outbound digital and telephonic communication with prospective and existing clients in terms of relationship management.
• Consulting clients to understanding clients' travel preferences, budgets, and special requirements.
• Creating customized travel itineraries, including flights/railways, accommodations, transportation, attractions and activities.
