Key Responsibilities:

●        Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to create a seamless content journey from concept to execution.

●        Track and analyze content performance, ensuring constant optimization based on insights and trends.

●        Stay updated with digital trends, algorithms, and best practices to enhance engagement and reach.

RequirementsQualifications:

●        5+ years of experience in digital content creation and social media management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

●        Proven track record in building engaging content and scaling brand presence on social media.

●        Strong creative vision with a knack for storytelling, ideation, and visual communication.

●        Experience in leading a creative team and managing projects from ideation to completion.

●        Prior experience in the lifestyle, beauty, or fragrance industry is a plus.
