ASSISTANT REGIONAL MANAGER - KURNOOL

•         Responsible for the achievement of all business targets.
•          Responsible for Gold Loan business and handling 50-plus branches.
•         Responsible for achieving cross-selling products TGT Vs ACT of the Region and maintaining relations with cross-selling peers to ensure a smooth implementation process.
•         Responsible for maintaining the quality of the AUM with focused attention on NPA management.
•         Ensure the business is conducted across the branches adhering to compliance with all the processes laid down by the company.
•         In the event of any incidents, follow up with local governing bodies (Police, Court etc) up till a satisfactory resolution is provided and accepted by the management.
