Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will focus on lead generation and data gathering through tele-calling, targeting restaurants and food outlets using platforms like Zomato, Swiggy, and others. This role requires strong communication skills, data management capabilities, and the ability to support the sales team by providing accurate and actionable leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct tele-calling to collect data from restaurants listed on Zomato, Swiggy, and other food platforms.
  • Extract and organize relevant data (contact details, business info, etc.) from potential B2B clients.
  • Identify key decision-makers in food outlets and restaurants for business opportunities.
  • Maintain and update lead information in a structured and organized manner.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide well-researched, accurate leads.
  • Support the sales process by scheduling meetings with leads, when required.
  • Regularly follow up with prospects and maintain professional relationships.
  • Meet daily/weekly lead generation targets and report progress to the sales manager.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in tele-calling, data gathering, or a similar role.
  • Experience in B2B lead generation, especially in the FMCG, Foods & Beverages & Frozen Food Industry, is preferred.
  • Familiarity with platforms like Zomato, Swiggy, and other restaurant-related platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using data management tools (MS Excel).
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred).
