Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare a batch for IT training by generating leads through cold calls, follow-up calls, and connecting with potential students who visit the company.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential students to drive enrolment.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential students.
• Provide accurate information about the training courses and programs offered.
• Manage leads effectively and efficiently through the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the training team to ensure smooth enrolment processes.
• Stay updated with industry trends and be informed about competitors' products and services.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education or training industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
• Female candidates are preferred.
